01Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of car audio products from ASL Car Audio Sdn. Bhd., you may return the item within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:
The product must be in its original condition and packaging.
All accessories, manuals, and warranty cards must be included.
The product must not have been installed, used, or damaged in any way.
The product must be accompanied by a proof of purchase.

02Refunds

If you are returning a product for a refund, we will credit the original payment method used for the purchase. We will issue the refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item, provided that the item meets the conditions outlined in the Returns section.

03Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product for a different one, we will process the exchange as a new order and issue a refund for the original purchase. The new product will be shipped to you once we receive the returned item, provided that the item meets the conditions outlined in section 1.

04Shipping

You are responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us for a return or exchange. We recommend that you use a shipping method with tracking and insurance.

05Warranty

All car audio products sold by ASL Car Audio Sdn. Bhd. are covered by a limited one-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. If your product is found to be defective during this period, please contact us to arrange a repair or replacement.

06Damaged or Defective Products

If your product is damaged or defective upon receipt, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item to arrange for a return or exchange. We will cover the cost of shipping for returns or exchanges of damaged or defective products.

07Refusal of Returns

We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges of products that do not meet the conditions outlined in the Returns section or that have been damaged or altered in any way.
